The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) has appointed Vice President, Corporate and Government Relations of Olam Nigeria; Mr Ade Adefeko as Chairman of its Agricultural Trade Group.
According to the Association’s Director-General, Amb. Ayoola Olukanni, Adefeko’s appointment was on account of his proven experience in managing agricultural regulatory and policy affairs in Nigeria.
Against this backdrop, Adefeko, in his capacity as Chairman of the group will evolve strategies for the rebirth of the agriculture and agribusiness sector in Nigeria and West Africa.
The NACCIMA Agricultural Trade Group is a network of operators within the agricultural space that interfaces on the challenges and opportunities in the sector while also liaising with relevant government agencies and developmental organisations on policy formulation and influence.
