
Unknown to many, Big Brother Naija Season 5 housemate, Terseer Waya, known as Kiddwaya on the reality show, has been on the list of young Nigerian agropreneurs.
Recent reports reveal that he ran two agricultural ventures before his sojourn into the house.
The 27-year old is among the many youths who have embraced agribusiness as the future of Nigeria’s economic exploits.
AgroNigeria gathered that the housemate, among many other interests, is the Executive Director of Valley Agricultural and Foods Company.
He also co-founded an agricultural commodities export company – AK Exports.
Valley Foods is an agro venture involved in large-scale agricultural investments, livestock production, food processing, and other agro-allied industries.
The Company’s corporate profile reads that: “Valley Agriculture & Foods Co is establishing Africa’s first future city focused on Integrated Livestock Production, Agriculture and Technology.
“We are committed to creating self-sufficiency in food production, agricultural industrialization and job security by creating sustainable African food & beverage products that further develop a healthy agricultural ecosystem.”
His other business, AK Exports, is involved in the export of agricultural products cultivated in Nigeria.
Kiddwaya is an employer of labour in the agricultural industry. This, he achieves by employing farmers who cultivate and harvest different kinds of agricultural produce, all under AK Exports.
The harvested produce are then packaged for export to different foreign countries, it was gathered.
